The vision of our school is to serve the society by developing in students higher intellectual, cultural, ethical & humane values. A quiz is a brief assessment used in education and similar fields to measure growth in knowledge, abilities and skills. If everything is under our control it means we are going too slow. Constant updating and improvement i.e. kiazen is the key word. The objective of these competitions include to create awareness among students on various  issues and make the students  well informed. The all round development of a child has been Vincentian’s suo motto. Not only are our children imparted bookish knowledge but every endeavor from the school is provided to showcase their multiple skills. It acts as a whetstone to sharpen their skills. Mrs. Janet Dsantos’ Farewell

Mrs. Janet D’santos joined St. Vincent’s High & Technical School on the 1st of January, 1978.  Her journey in this school started as an assistant teacher.  She worked with dedication and love.  She was also appointed as the teacher representative for the academic year 1998 – 1999.  She has always been appreciated and acknowledged for her great teaching skills.  Mrs. D’santos has been a mother figure to her students.     She was appointed as the junior school supervisor with effect from 1st April 2005 and has contributed to this department since then.  She has always been available and approachable to all.  No matter how tired she was, I can assure you that each and every one of you must have seen a sweet smile on her face.   She has always been a kind hearted and sincere lady.  She was extremely particular about discipline yet soft spoken.  She is known for her beautiful hand – writing and has always guided her students to write well.  She has always focused upon neat presentation of work.  Along with teaching she has always inculcated good moral values among the students.  She has been training the students in elocution and has made the school proud on many occasions.  Who can forget her famous way of teaching, “Learn and then write, and if you don’t understand ask me again”.  Such were the words of this lady of honour.    She completed her service on 25th June, 2012 and is retiring.  With a heavy heart, we bid her farewell and wish her a happy retired life.  May God bless her and her family...
